01What this policy covers
This policy explains storage technologies in the PostingZone application and distinguishes them from storage that may be used by hosting infrastructure or a separately protected preview. It applies alongside the Privacy Policy. The current application source does not intentionally include an advertising pixel, third-party analytics script, or embedded social feed.
A browser-local preference is not automatically exempt from privacy rules because it is stored outside a cookie. The purpose and applicable law determine whether information or consent is required. Any future optional storage or tracking must be assessed before activation.
02Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small values a website can ask a browser to retain and send with later requests. They may be session-based or persistent, and may support sign-in, access protection, settings, or measurement.
Local storage is different: values remain in the browser and are read by site code rather than automatically attached to every HTTP request. Session storage is scoped to a browsing session. Embedded resources can also disclose technical request information even without setting a cookie. The current demo uses local storage for its saved state and display preference.
03Application storage inventory
These are the storage keys intentionally used by the current PostingZone application. Persistence is controlled by your browser and clearing settings; no fixed automatic expiry is configured.

04Hosting and sign-in storage
Cloudflare serves this public deployment. Its infrastructure may process technical requests for delivery and protection. A separate private Sites preview, if used, may also have ChatGPT access cookies and sessions. The public PostingZone website does not require those preview sessions, and the PostingZone login preview does not create an account.
Provider cookie names, lifetimes, and security settings are controlled by the provider and have not been independently inventoried here. Consult the applicable hosting or sign-in provider’s notice and your browser’s site-data inspection. We do not invent provider cookie identifiers or claim that clearing the demo resets their sessions. Blocking essential access storage may affect a separately protected preview.
05External resources and destinations
Licensed font files are served from this website. The current application does not request an external Google Fonts stylesheet or font resource. Pexels images have been downloaded and optimized for local site delivery; the pages do not embed Pexels image widgets.
Social profile buttons are links, rather than embedded social SDKs. The destination may set cookies after you visit it. A future configured Stripe payment link would likewise open a separate payment service. Its storage and privacy policy apply in that context. Contact form submission, when configured, is a network transmission rather than a cookie feature and must be covered by the Privacy Policy.
06Optional analytics and advertising
The application does not currently intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. There is no application-level campaign tracking, cross-site advertising identifier, or optional cookie-consent preference saved by a consent manager.
Before introducing optional analytics, advertising, session replay, or similar technology, PostingZone must identify the provider, purpose, information collected, retention, and any required consent. Where consent is required, optional tools must remain inactive until a valid choice is made, and withdrawing consent must be available. A new banner by itself would not prove these controls work.
07Managing or removing storage
You can choose a display theme from the website’s theme button. To restore the sample workspace, open the workspace, select Settings, and use Reset demo data. This replaces local demo values with the original samples; it does not delete all cookies or all browser preferences.
To remove all site-specific storage, use your browser’s privacy or site-data settings and select the PostingZone origin. Menu names vary by browser. Clearing data may remove your edits, reset the theme, and sign you out of the hosting access layer. If you use more than one browser or device, repeat the action where the data is stored.
Private browsing, storage restrictions, or automated browser cleanup may prevent preferences from persisting. No server-side recovery copy is maintained for local demo edits. Keep a separate copy of material you want to retain.
08Browser privacy signals
No application-specific interpretation of Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control has been implemented in this demo. The absence of optional application tracking is described above; it is not a claim that all hosting or external providers interpret browser signals in the same way.
If future processing creates a legal obligation to honor a preference signal, the required controls must be implemented and documented before that processing is enabled. You can independently restrict third-party cookies and review provider settings in your browser.
09Policy changes and questions
The revision date above identifies the current inventory. The policy must be reviewed when application storage keys, external resources, hosting access, or optional tools change. Material changes should explain new purposes and choices before affected tools are activated.
For a privacy or storage question, use the operational contact route once the owner has configured it. Do not send passwords or browser session values. The Privacy Policy explains information handling, and Security explains why demo local storage should not contain sensitive records.
Operator and contact details
PostingZone’s operator identity, business address, and governing jurisdiction have not yet been confirmed.
An operational support email has not yet been configured. The contact form sends messages only when its endpoint is enabled. No demo form response confirms receipt of a privacy, security, cancellation, or refund request.
