This draft reflects the current demo. The owner must confirm the legal entity, operational contact details, and commercial terms before live services or checkout are enabled.
01Scope, operator, and current availability
These terms describe access to the PostingZone website and its browser-local content-planning demo. The demo is offered for evaluation. Sample accounts, charts, schedules, and approvals do not represent live social connections, actual publishing, or measured customer results.
Authentication, AI generation, social publishing, and paid subscriptions are not connected in the current service. Roadmap descriptions and proposed pricing are not a promise of a delivery date or an agreement to provide an unavailable feature. The contracting legal entity, business address, operational support channel, and governing jurisdiction must be confirmed before commercial contracts are offered.
02Eligibility and authority
The intended commercial service is for adults who can enter a binding agreement. If you use it for a business or another organization, you must be authorized to act for that organization and to submit its content. Do not use a demonstration to enter real account passwords or to impersonate another person.
Future organization accounts must identify an authorized administrator and clarify who controls membership, billing, submitted content, and requests to export or delete workspace data. Shared access is not implemented by the present local demo.
03Account access and security
The login and signup screens are interface previews. They do not register accounts, authenticate credentials, or recover passwords. Creating a sample workspace in the demo does not establish a production subscription.
When accounts become available, users will be responsible for keeping credentials confidential, using available account protections, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access through an operational support route. PostingZone must explain authentication, role permissions, session controls, and account recovery before offering those features. Any separately protected preview may have hosting-provider access controls; the public website does not require a PostingZone account.
04Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you have in your original captions, business information, photographs, and other materials. Entering them into the demo does not transfer ownership to PostingZone. You must have permission to use and publish the content, including any personal information, music, logos, or third-party media.
A live service would need a limited permission to host, process, display, and transmit content as necessary to perform your instructions. The final commercial terms must define that permission and any separate optional uses. This draft does not grant a blanket license to sell customer content or use it for model training.
The website’s editorial stock photographs illustrate business contexts. They do not identify PostingZone customers, and their inclusion does not grant every visitor unrestricted rights to republish them. Third-party media licenses and applicable rights still matter.
05AI outputs and editorial review
The current sample-generation workflow uses templates, not an AI model. Future AI outputs may contain errors, unsupported statements, bias, or material resembling existing content. Output ownership and permitted use can also depend on provider terms and applicable law.
You should check facts, dates, offers, regulated claims, privacy, and intellectual-property rights before approving a draft. No guarantee of uniqueness, copyright protection, engagement, audience growth, or commercial results is offered. PostingZone is a planning tool and does not replace professional judgment or advice required for a particular business activity.
06Approval and platform connections
The demo records approval locally and never sends posts to a social network. Moving or editing a draft returns it to review in the demonstrated workflow. A sample “connected” account is not an OAuth authorization.
Future publishing will depend on the permissions you grant, platform review, available API features, and the platform’s own rules. Before connection, the exact requested permissions and disconnect process must be disclosed. You remain responsible for the posts you instruct the service to publish. Platform restrictions, outages, moderation, and account enforcement may affect delivery.
07Acceptable use
Use PostingZone lawfully and respect other people’s rights. The following restrictions are intended to protect users and the service, without restricting rights that the law expressly gives you.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, threatening, deceptive, or abusive content, or disclose personal information without authority.
- Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, fraudulent engagement, or attempts to evade a platform’s safeguards.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, extract other users’ information, distribute malware, or interfere with availability.
- Do not conduct disruptive security testing, bypass access restrictions, or misuse unpublished credentials. Responsible vulnerability reports are welcomed through an operational reporting channel.
- Do not copy or misuse protected branding, or reverse engineer software in a way prohibited by applicable law. Mandatory legal exceptions remain available.
08Proposed subscriptions, credits, and taxes
The pricing page shows planned tiers. Checkout is disabled while the live service is unavailable. Before any payment, the checkout must state the total price, currency, tax treatment, billing interval, renewal terms, credit allowance, and available cancellation process.
The proposed credit definition is one generated post with a visual. Monthly allowances, failed-generation handling, rollover, and plan-change adjustments must be confirmed in the commercial offer. No automatic overage charge is currently planned. An illustrative allowance in the demo is not a purchased balance.
Recurring billing requires an informed authorization at checkout. A future payment processor may handle card data and issue transaction records. Merely visiting a checkout return URL does not confirm a successful payment or grant service access.
09Cancellation and refunds
When subscriptions are enabled, users must have a working way to stop future renewal. The intended approach is a payment-provider customer portal, with operational support available when that route fails. Cancellation of renewal, a request for a refund, and deletion of an account are separate actions.
Refund eligibility and handling are described in the Refund Policy. Any statutory withdrawal, refund, price-reduction, or faulty-service remedy takes precedence over a discretionary policy. An acknowledgement concerning immediate digital performance must satisfy the applicable legal conditions and cannot be inferred from a page visit or a general checkbox.
10PostingZone materials and third-party services
Rights in the PostingZone interface, original documentation, and brand belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not give you ownership of the service or permission to present yourself as PostingZone. Open-source components and licensed stock media remain subject to their own licenses.
External links, social networks, fonts, and payment interfaces are separate services. Their terms and policies may apply when you use them. Availability of an external profile link does not establish a partnership, verified account, or endorsement.
11Availability, changes, and termination
The demo may change as the product develops. Local data is not backed up or synchronized by PostingZone and may be lost if you clear storage, switch browsers, or your device fails. Preserve your own copy of important content.
For a future paid service, material changes, suspension, and termination must be governed by the agreed service terms and applicable law. Reasons may include unlawful use, a serious security risk, breach of agreed terms, nonpayment, or a legal requirement. Notice and an opportunity to recover content should be provided where appropriate and lawful. A service withdrawal must not erase mandatory refund or consumer remedies.
12Warranties and limits of responsibility
The demonstration is provided for evaluation in its current state, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every workflow. It does not include a service-level agreement or guarantee of successful publishing or marketing results.
Commercial warranty exclusions, liability caps, or exclusions of particular losses have not been finalized. They must be reviewed against the applicable law and presented before a paid contract is made. Nothing on this page attempts to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable protections concerning fraud, negligence, personal injury, or statutory consumer rights.
13Governing law, disputes, and changes
The owner must confirm the governing law and appropriate dispute forum; this draft does not borrow a jurisdiction from another business. Mandatory consumer protections and any right to use a competent local court remain subject to applicable law. No compulsory arbitration clause or class-action waiver is introduced here.
Raise a question through the operational contact details once configured. Revised terms should identify their effective date and material changes. If a future commercial change requires notice or fresh consent, continued browsing alone must not be treated as a substitute. The date above records this draft revision.
Operator and contact details
PostingZone’s operator identity, business address, and governing jurisdiction have not yet been confirmed.
An operational support email has not yet been configured. The contact form sends messages only when its endpoint is enabled. No demo form response confirms receipt of a privacy, security, cancellation, or refund request.
